This is your opportunity to show your support as a future shareholder and customer to assist in the establishment of a Community Bank® branch that ultimately will provide benefit back to the community.
Before forming the company, your local banking committee seeks pledges of financial support from the community. By making such a pledge, you will be indicating your interest in becoming a shareholder of the local company.
An indicative pledge is an indication of the level of support you would be prepared to give to a Community Bank® branch when it comes to raising share capital. The pledge form will also ask for an indication of whether you would be prepared to bank with your local Community Bank® branch. Pledges of support are not binding.
